"The Iranians are not interested in the Holocaust because of a jealous concern for historical truth but because, in their view of the world, if they can prove that the Holocaust never happened, the justification for Israel disappears."
Clever, yet completely ridiculous... I'm waiting for a fatwa for a reasonable boycott.

I find it interesting that the argument used by the Jews who showed up to showcase why Israel is considered an illegitimate state, is the same argument that orthodox non-revolutionist Shiites use to highlight why the doctrine of Wilayat-al-Faqih is wrong and why Iran itself is also an illegitimate state.

This conference is no more than a publicity stunt for a demagogue who uses a regional conflict to demonise Jews and solidify his power base.

A real holocaust conference would include voices from all parts of the spectrum especially those of mainstream Jewish scholarship on the subject.

This is a grotesque caricature of such a meeting.
