If they were charged, the media would at least be constrained in what they can report (so as not to be in contempt) but when someone is taken in for questioning under these laws, it seems such restraints don't exist. <a href="http://blogs.smh.com.au/newsblog/archives/annabel_crabb/014430.html">This post</a> discusses some of the issues from the perspective of a journalist. It's amazing that neither of the doctors questioned in Australia have actually been charged with anything yet but an entire op-ed can be dedicated to why they would likely be going down the path of terrorism.
