The Sarah Palin chronicles

Sarah Palin on:

1. The Supreme court

The comedy starts at 3min.

2. The financial crisis

3. “When Putin rears his head”

4. She reads “all of them”, it gets good from 11 min onwards

The parody is more convincing than the original.

Sean Hannity’s searching interview.

This is funnier when you’ve watched the original interview. Priceless.

Sarah Palin is a joke. What isn’t funny is the huge $7 billion corporate\Wall St. bailout, laden with $1.5 billion of pork, that Palin’s running mate John McCain supported and helped pass.

This is Peter Schiff predicting exactly what was going to happen in April 2008 (and then being laughed off the show) by the assembled pinheads

Some mind altering drug has been placed in the water of Republicans since 2001. They’ve been rendered collectively asinine.

I think it started before then, about the time Pat Robertson declared his quest for evangelicals to take over the party and Karl Rove saw that as an opportunity too great to pass up.

What Schiff had to say was being said two years ago, back in 2006, when Kevin Phillips’ book, American Theocracy, came out.

@ Abu Omar:

What isn’t funny…

The problems on Wall St. today make one nostalgic (almost) for the “big” bailouts of yesteryear, like Continental Illinois, back in the mid-80s, when the bailout total was a mere $4.5 billion.

So it looks like all those economic blowhards owe Peter Schiff a big apology.
